Fennel Mussels and Frites: Fresh Local Penn Cove Mussels steamed in white wine with roasted fennel pernod butter, garlic, shallots, tomatoes and fresh herbs. Garnished with crispy pommes frites(shoestring potatoes).... 16

Wild Mushroom Risotto: House cured bacon, locally foraged wild mushrooms and arugula with our slow cooked risotto....18

Quesadilla Especial: Prawns, Spanish chorizo, black beans and manchego cheese baked in a flour tortilla and served with our salsa verde and chipotle sour cream.... 14

Carne a la Parilla: Two skewers of grilled certified Angus beef marinated Argentinian style and drizzled with our special Chimicurri sauce and two skewers of natural leg of lamb marinated in balsamic with fresh rosemary, garlic, and olive oil, then grilled and drizzled with Rioja sauce. Served on our delicate saffron rice.... 18

Cassoulet: Classic French...We Confit our own duck and use gigandas, a white country bean to make our Cassoulet a little unique. We then add boudain blanc sausage and a grilled lamb chop for all around incredible flavor....31

We are currently sourcing our meats, herbs, and vegetables from local growers and businesses: Cape Cleare Fishery, Compass Rose Farm, Nash Farm, Red Dog Farm, Spring Rain Farm, Marrowstone Island Shellfish, Key City Fish, Woodland treasures and many other of our area Fishermen and Foragers.
