Spring Rain 1/2 Roasted Farm Chicken: Served with an herb jus pan gravy, our nightly potatoes and local vegetables.... 28

Canard aux Cerises: A generous Duck Breast, dusted with a housemade blueberry powder, skin perfectly seared to a crispy golden then finished with white peach and vermouth puree. Accompanied by a sauté of fresh local vegetables and potatoes.... 26

Lapin Ivre: Literally ‘Drunken Rabbit’ this southern French classic is sublime. Locally raised lean rabbit is slowly cooked in red wine with garlic, carrots, onions, lots of fresh herbs and Cognac. Served with potatoes and a sauté of fresh local seasonal vegetables ..... 28

Cassoulet: Classic French...We Confit our own duck and use gigantas, a white country bean to make our Cassoulet a little unique. We then add garlic sausage and a grilled lamb chop for all around incredible flavor….31

Lamb Shanks: We slowly braise Natural Lamb Shanks in a succulent, rich Sangiovese and herb sauce. Served with potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables.... 31

Skirt Steak: Grilled and rubbed with an Arabic Baharat pesto then sliced and served with a medium spiced jalapeño jelly and our nightly vegetables and potatoes.... 27

Tomahawk Steak: Possibly the most amazing steak you will ever eat. A bone in full-sized ribeye steak grilled and topped with a local wild mushroom and cambazola demi sauce. Accompanied by our nightly potatoes and an array of fresh seasonal vegetables.... 39

Tenderloin: We cut our steaks on site with much care so this 8oz filet melts in your mouth. Grilled and topped with English goat cheddar, caramelized onions and a cognac chive butter. Served with our nightly potato and fresh seasonal vegetables... 31

We at Alchemy spare no effort to insure every ingredient is of the highest quality and the freshest possible. We are currently sourcing our meats, herbs, and vegetables from local growers and businesses: Cape Cleare Fishery, Compass Rose Farm, Nash Farm, Red Dog Farm, Spring Rain Farm, Marrowstone Island Shellfish, Key City Fish, Woodland Treasures and many other of our area Fishermen and Foragers.
