In our travels all over the world we have always loved the discoveries we've made when we have followed our noses and had a bite of this or that from some small town bistro in France, an out of the way neighborhood bar in Havana, or a food vendor cart in Bali. The artistry and creativity put into these offerings can be truly amazing.
Whether you call them Pinchos, Pintxos, or Bocadillos, our Bites are the perfect way to snack before a movie, have a late night meal or just nibble on something with a glass of wine while you read that new book. Each one is smaller than a traditional Tapa so you can explore more tastes.
One Bite and a glass of wine is the perfect appetizer. Three or four Bites and a flight of wine -Voila! A meal.
