$55 for all courses $75 with wine pairings
Seared Foie Gras- Foie Gras seared to perfection, served with caramelized onion, cherry, and mascarpone crepes. Topped with red wine praline.
Grilled Scampi- Marinated prawns served with risotto croquettes, micro-basil salad and a pepperoncino-Meyer Lemon infused olive oil.
Roasted Red Pepper Terrine- Red pepper mousse wrapped in layers of roasted eggplant and zucchini. Served with local Hon Vit radishes, sprouts, and fennel crackers.
Market Salad- Fresh Bibb lettuce, grilled red grapes, Easter Egg Radish, Jasper Hill Bleu cheese, and a duck crackling vinaigrette.
Roasted Artichoke & Olive Bisque- Served with smoked tomato crackers, fried herbs, and saffron oil.
Potato-Wrapped Ling Cod- Cape Cleare Ling Cod wrapped in potatoes. Served with roasted white asparagus, mixed micro-green salad, and a caperberry- beurre blanc.
Rack of Lamb- Lamb marinated in fennel seed, aged balsamic, citrus, and oregano. Roasted to a medium rare and finished with a vin cotto glaze. Served with white asparagus, and rosemary- garlic new potatoes.
Pan-Seared Jidori Chicken- Known for being freshest most amazing chicken with green and red moho cannario sauces, mashed Okinawa Potatoes, and garlicky spinach.
Watercress Spatzle- Brunoise of root vegetables, spinach, and shallots in a brodo butter.
Heaven & Hell Cake- Layers of angel food cake, devils food cake, white chocolate and peanut butter mousse. Covered in a dark chocolate ganache.
Rose Petal, Mint & Raspberry Mousse- Served in a marbled chocolate tulip shell and garnished with violet syrup.
